Lady Raiders Finish Top 10 in ITA Rankings

After another Elite Eight run, Texas Tech finishes ninth in final poll
TEMPE, Ariz. – The Texas Tech Women's Tennis team finished the 2018 season at No. 9 in the Oracle/ITA Division I Rankings final poll.

The Lady Raiders extended their streak to 63 consecutive weeks in the Top 25 and finished Top 10 for the second straight season. Tech posted a 23-7 record this season and defeated five nationally ranked opponents including three over Top 15 opponents.

Texas Tech is the second-highest ranked Big 12 member behind No. 6 Texas. Other Big 12 teams ranked include No. 14 Oklahoma State, No. 18 Kansas, No. 25 Baylor, No. 39 Kansas State, No. 51 Oklahoma and No. 60 TCU.
