Game Time Announced for Homecoming vs. Iowa State

Red Raiders, Cyclones set for 11 a.m. kick on Oct. 19 inside Jones AT&T Stadium.
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech's homecoming game on Oct. 19 against Iowa State will feature an 11 a.m. kickoff between the Red Raiders and Cyclones, the Big 12 Conference announced Monday as part of its weekly unveiling of future game times. Television coverage will be provided nationally on FS1. Â

It marks the second-consecutive 11 a.m. start time for Texas Tech inside Jones AT&T Stadium as the Red Raiders are coming off a 45-35 win over then-No. 21 Oklahoma State on Saturday. Three of Tech's first four conference matchups have been slated for an 11 a.m. start as Tech's Big 12 opener at No. 6 Oklahoma was also scheduled for that time.

The Red Raiders are prepping to face their third-straight top 25 foe this Saturday when Tech makes its first trip to Waco since the 2007 campaign. Kickoff between the Red Raiders and No. 22 Bears is slated for 3 p.m. at McLane Stadium.
