The best start we've had since 2011… 5-0!! I know everyone is pumped to watch us conquer the year. What an atmosphere to have in Houston, am I right? So many of our families and friends came out to support us, and that definitely contributed to the team starting out with a BANG! As we come o? of this weekend, we are carrying so much confidence in the way we play the game.
Belief is what we are all about this year. When we stay within ourselves and just keep believing in our craft we see so much success. The special thing about this group is the tight bond that we have as teammates. We legit had a dance o? in the dugout… That chemistry has also shown on the ?eld by the way that we pick each other up. If the o?ense isn't having the best day, the pitchers and defense will be right there to pick them up. Vice versa.
We are well prepared to face our next opponents in Auburn, Ala. Our sta? has done everything in their power to prepare us mentally and physically. By taking one game at a time we will be BOLD and conquer the weekend.
