The Big 12 Championship will be hosted by Iowa State Feb. 25-26
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech track & field teams remained ranked in the top 6 in the fifth installment of the USTFCCCA's top 25 poll released Monday afternoon. The men's team hold the No. 5 spot as the women's team comes in ranked No. 6.
Last week, the men were ranked No. 4, while the women were ranked No. 6.
The Red Raiders closed out the indoor regular season slate last Friday hosting the inaugural Jarvis Scott Open. Some notable finishes included Chloe Wall clearing 4.36m in the pole vault for a new PR and jumped from No. 21 in the NCAA to No. 12 with the mark. Seasons Usual tossed the weight with a season-best mark of 21.53m while Adam Clayton posted a sub-21 200m time for the first time in his career (20.86).
