LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech volleyball head coach Tony Graystone announced the hiring of Emily Siefken as the new director of volleyball operations.
"I'm very happy to welcome Emily Siefken to Texas Tech, as our newest Director of Volleyball Operations," said Graystone. "Emily is very experienced, both with operations and as a technical coordinator and she'll be asked to lead both of those areas here at Tech. Emily comes from a very successful program and will be a great fit with the culture and expectations of Red Raider Volleyball."
Before making her way to the Hub City, Siefken spent the last five seasons as the Director of Volleyball Operations at Illinois State.
