"I have great respect for Tatum's work ethic, commitment to building culture and ability to connect with student-athletes. She understands the game at a very high level and is quickly becoming an outstanding teacher and trainer. As a former Red Raider, Tatum fully understands what makes Texas Tech special and she's going to play a big role to ensure our student-athletes have a great experience."
An Academic All-Big 12 Second Team selection, Rohme was a setter and outside hitter for Texas Tech from 2019-21. During her time as a Red Raider, Rohme accumulated over 500 career assists, 72 digs and 21 total blocks in 29 matches played.
