2025 Big 12 softball schedule released

The Red Raiders will open Big 12 play hosting Oklahoma State
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Big 12 released its conference schedule for the 2025 softball season on Tuesday. Tech will play eight series for a total of 24 conference games next year starting with a weekend matchup against World Series contenders Oklahoma State on March 7-9.
Following that highly anticipated series, the Red Raiders will face Baylor in Waco (Mar. 14-16) before having a weekend off of Big 12 play.
Tech will come off its bye week to face Kansas in Lawrence (Mar. 28-30) before returning home for series against newcomer Utah (Apr. 4-6) and Houston (Apr. 11-13).
Next, the Red Raiders will face Arizona in Tucson (Apr. 18-20) and then host Arizona State (Apr. 25-27) before ending the regular season on the road in Provo against BYU (May 1-3).
The Big 12 Conference Softball Championship will take place on May 7-10.
Of the 11 teams in the new Big 12, five of them made the 2024 NCAA Tournament with three advancing to the Super Regionals.
