Red Raiders in the NFL | Regular Season Week 5, Oct. 3-7
LUBBOCK, Texas – Former Red Raider Patrick Mahomes II continued his weekly excellence leading Kansas City to its first 5-0 start since 2018, as they topped the New Orleans Saints 26-13 on Monday Night Football. Meanwhile, Dadrion Taylor-Demerson had arguably the best performance of his young NFL career as the Cardinals upset the 49ers and the Dolphins broke out of its losing slump taking down New England with Jordyn Brooks continuing to produce at linebacker for the Phins.

ARIZONA CARDINALS at San Francisco 49ers (W, 24-23)
S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (2019-23): Taylor-Demerson produced his best outing of the season with his 22 snaps on defense registering three tackles (two solo) along with two pass breakups. He was also in for 67 percent of the team's special teams plays (16 snaps).
DL Broderick Washington Jr. (2016-19): Washington played 28 snaps on defense and added seven more on special teams as the Ravens needed overtime on the road to defeat the Bengals.
OL Terence Steele (2016-19): Steele made his fifth-straight start at right tackle, playing all 76 snaps as the Cowboys defeated AFC North foe Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night primetime. The Cowboys rushed for 109 yards.
DE Myles Cole (2022-23): Cole was listed prior to the game to the Jaguars' inactive list on Sunday.
QB Patrick Mahomes II (2014-16): Mahomes and the Chiefs continued their winning ways moving to 5-0 after defeating the Saints on Monday Night Football. Mahomes passed for a season-high 331 yards, along with a season-best 70.7 QBR, steering the Chiefs to their first 5-0 start since 2018 as they head into their bye week.
DE Tyree Wilson (2020-22): Wilson registered one tackle as he played 34 defensive snaps with seven more on special teams.
LB Jordyn Brooks (2016-19): Brooks made his fifth-straight start of the season Sunday afternoon on the road in New England. He was second on the team with seven tackles (four solo) helping the Dolphins win back-to-back road games in Gillette Stadium for the first time since 1999-2000.
LB Sam Eguavoen (2011-14): Eguavoen played all 26 snaps across the pond in London, registering one tackle on the punt team.
DB Tyler Owens (2022-23): Owens was listed prior to the game to the Commanders' inactive list on Sunday.
