Red Raiders in the NFL | Regular Season Week 9, Oct. 31-Nov. 4
Â
LUBBOCK, Texas – It was a busy few days during week nine of the NFL season for former Red Raiders in the professional ranks as all nine individuals on active 53-man rosters saw significant playing time, including five who made starts for their respective teams. Broderick Washington Jr. made his first start this season for the Baltimore Ravens while Sam Eguavoen made his first start this season for the New York Jets. In other news, the excellence of Patrick Mahomes continued as he led Kansas City to a game-winning drive on Monday Night Football to help improve the Chiefs record to 8-0, making them just the sixth defending Super Bowl champion to reach that mark unbeaten.
