Texas Tech softball season tickets are now live to the public
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech softball 2025 season tickets are now available to the public for purchase. The Red Raiders had an exciting offseason that saw them welcome in head coach Gerry Glasco, the No. 1 ranked transfer class and the No. 2 ranked freshmen class in the nation.
Reigning National Player of the Year, NiJaree Canady, headlined Glasco's transfer class. Canady, who comes to Tech as a junior, was named the Freshman of the Year in 2023 and was a member of the U.S. National Team this past summer. Canady also led Stanford to the Women's College World Series in back-to-back seasons.
Canady is joined by a crop of talent, including 10 players who have made either All-Conference or NFCA All-Region teams at one point in their career. The Red Raiders boast plenty of postseason experience as well, as eight players on the roster participated in the NCAA Tournament last season. Lubbock native Makayla Garcia brings championship pedigree of her own from UT-Tyler where she was a core member of the teams 2024 DII National Championship.
Tech will host 21 games this season, including the Jeannine McHaney Memorial Classic on Feb. 20-23 and the opening Big 12 series against Oklahoma State, which made it to the Women's College World Series last year. Season tickets start at $171 and can be purchased online at TexasTech.com or by contacting the Athletics Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH.
