Notes:
- The University of Houston and Rice University are set to share hosting duties of the historic All-American Intercollegiate, an event that dates back to the 1953-54 season in the Cougars' record book.
- The 54-hole event is set for 36 holes on Monday and the final 18 on Tuesday. It will be the Red Raiders' first 36-hole day of the spring season after playing 18 per day over its first four events.
- The Tournament Course at the Golf Club of Houston offers a world-class golf experience for modern players. Host of the Houston Open, this Rees Jones and David Toms-designed course features well-manicured fairways, expertly crafted greens and strategic bunkers, making it challenging yet enjoyable to play.
- The Red Raiders and the Cougars will be quite familiar with one another down the stretch of the spring. The two programs are scheduled to play in the same final four regular-season tournaments, which started last time out at the Cabo Collegiate.
- The 2024 field is comprised of 20 teams, led by the No. 6 Red Raiders. Baylor checks in next in the rankings at No. 40 while UNLV is ranked No. 49 to wrap up teams in the Top 50.
- Last time out, March 3-5, at the Cabo Collegiate, Texas Tech finished second trailing only No. 6 Arizona State (-19), but bested the likes of No. 9 Arkansas (-2), No. 3 Vanderbilt (+1), No. 5 Ole Miss (+5) and No. 12 Florida State (+5) to round out the top-five.
- In the spring season's four events, the Red Raiders have carded under-par team scores in 10 of 12 rounds.
- Matthew Comegys was the top finisher last time out, pacing the way with a sixth-place finish after posting a 5-under-par 208 for the week. The sophomore owns top-10 finishes in each of his three spring events he's participated in.
What's Ahead for Texas Tech (regular season):
