Senior Alexa Langeliers was named the No. 9 best second baseman in the country by D1Softball
LUBBOCK, Texas – D1Softball released its list of the top middle infielders ahead of the 2025 season on Wednesday. Senior Alexa Langeliers came in as the No. 9 ranked second baseman in the country.
Langeliers helped lead a Ragin' Cajun's defense last season that nation in double plays while also hitting .297 with nine home runs and a career-high 44 RBIs.
The Keller, Texas native transferred in from Louisiana this offseason and will look to replicate her solid offensive and defensive production under Gerry Glasco in the scarlet and black.
