LUBBOCK, Texas – Heading into the final week of the regular season, three former Red Raiders in the NFL – Broderick Washinton Jr. (Ravens), Patrick Mahomes II (Chiefs) and Tyler Owens (Commanders) – have already punched their tickets to the postseason while Jordyn Brooks (Dolphins) and Erik Ezukanma (Dolphins) need a win and some help to extend their seasons. On the other hand, it will be the season finale for five others currently on active rosters.

ARIZONA CARDINALSÂ at LA Rams (L, 13-9)Â
S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (2019-23): Taylor-Demerson ended the game with one solo tackle, playing 20 snaps at free safety and 19 more on special teams.
DL Broderick Washington Jr. (2016-19): Washington Jr. finished the Ravens' Christmas Day game with three tackles (one solo), as he was part of a defense that did not allow an offensive score. A win next week against Cleveland, and the Ravens will clinch the AFC North for a second-straight year.Â
OL Terence Steele (2016-19): Steele made his 16th-straight start of the season, playing all 62 offensive snaps versus NFC East rival Philadelphia.Â
DE Myles Cole (2022-23): Cole played in his seventh game of the season registering one tackle as he played 13 snaps.
QB Patrick Mahomes II (2014-16): Mahomes and the Chiefs took down the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas Day to officially clinch the No. 1 seed, a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the upcoming playoffs. The Chiefs never trailed in the game.
DE Tyree Wilson (2020-22): In his fourth start of the season, Wilson finished the game with three tackles (one solo) along with half-a-sack (for a loss of five yards) and one quarterback hit.
LB Jordyn Brooks (2016-19): Brooks finished second on the team with nine tackles (eight solo) and one tackle for a loss as he helped the Dolphins keep their playoff hopes alive going into week 18. Brooks leads Miami with 137 tackles and has started each game.
LB Sam Eguavoen (2011-14): Eguavoen only saw playing time on special teams recording 22 snaps. He made one tackle during a kickoff return.
DB Tyler Owens (2022-23): Owens was listed to the team's inactive list prior to the game.Â
