Braxton Fulford Called-Up by Colorado Rockies

The former Red Raider Catcher will join the Rockies in Los Angeles this week
LOS ANGELES  – Another Red Raider is headed to The Show!
After placing infielder/outfielder Kris Bryant on the 10-day injured list, the Colorado Rockies have purchased the contract of former Red Raider Braxton Fulford the club announced Monday.
Drafted in the Sixth Round of the 2021 MLB Draft, Fulford's call-up comes on the backs of a strong start to the 2025 MiLB season that saw the catcher hit .395 with five home runs and 10 RBIs over the first 12 games of the season for the AAA Albuquerque Isotopes.
A former Buster Posey Award Semifinalist and CoSIDA Academic All-American, Fulford has joined the Rockies ahead of their three-game series this week in Los Angeles against the Dodgers.
