Texas Tech has sold out of its primary ticket inventory for the Nov. 8 home date with BYU
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech Athletics announced Tuesday its sixth advanced sellout of the 2025 football season as the primary ticket inventory for the Nov. 8 home date with BYU is officially sold out.
Â
With the BYU game reaching sellout status, Texas Tech only has tickets remaining for the Nov. 15 home finale against UCF. The Knights will serve as Texas Tech's annual Senior Day opponent, featuring a pregame on-field ceremony with head coach Joey McGuire and the families of each Red Raider senior prior to kickoff.
Â
Texas Tech's next three home games – Oct. 11 versus Kansas, Oct. 25 against Oklahoma State and the BYU game on Nov. 8 – are all sold out with more than 60,000 fans expected to pack Jones AT&T Stadium. The Red Raiders previously played in front of capacity crowds in each of their first three games of the season against Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Kent State and Oregon State.
Â
While Texas Tech is out of its primary ticket inventory, tickets for each of the next three home games, including against BYU, can still be purchased through SeatGeek, the official secondary ticket provider of the athletics department.
Â
As a reminder, fans are highly encouraged to download their tickets in advance of arriving to Jones AT&T Stadium in order to speed up the entry process and to ensure connectivity. Fans unable to make a game can transfer their tickets to a friend or family member by using the Texas Tech mobile app or by accessing the online ticket account at TexasTech.com. Step-by-step instructions can be found here via TexasTech+.
Â
Kickoff times for both the Oklahoma State and BYU games will be announced in the coming weeks under the Big 12's television selection process. All conference games are selected on either a 6-day or 12-day window by the Big 12's television partners ESPN, FOX and TNT Sports.
Â
The Red Raiders (4-0; 1-0), up to No. 11 this week in the national rankings, will first travel to Houston this Saturday for a 6 p.m. kick on ESPN. Texas Tech will return home the following weekend to host the Jayhawks for Homecoming on Oct. 11 as kickoff is slated for 6:30 p.m. on FOX.
