ADA Seating: ADA seating, including wheelchair spaces, are available on a game by game basis. Guests who do not have reserved ADA seats (row 34 in sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18) may contact the ticket office at 806-742-TECH (8324) for possible alternate seating options (if available). Standing is not allowed in the ADA seating area.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Beer and wine are available for purchase along the concourse inside the gates.
ATM: ATM machines are located inside the stadium on the west and east concourses. There is also an ATM machine located outside the north entrance of the Frazier Alumni Pavilion.
Bags and Bag Search: Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”), clear bags 12”x6”x12”) are permitted. All other bags are not permitted. All items brought into the stadium are subject to search. Exception: Necessary Medical Bag (will required special inspection). See BAG POLICY FAQs for more details.
Beverages/Food: Outside beverages and/or food are not allowed into the stadium.
Bus (Shuttle Service): NEW ROUTE THIS YEAR - Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off until 1 hour after conclusion of the game. Cost is $5.00 per person (cash only) for roundtrip service.
Pick-up stations are located at the parking lots west of United Supermarkets Arena (18th & Indiana Ave.), north of John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.) and northwest of Health Sciences Center (Texas Tech Parkway & 5th St.). Drop-off is at the north side (Gate 3-4 area) of the stadium.

Concessions: Spectra operates the concession stands located on the concourse.
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. Texas Tech University supports the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages our fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection.
Containers and Coolers: Cans, glass, bottles, coolers (ice chests) and other type beverage containers are prohibited in the stadium. Exception: One unopened 20 ounce (or less) bottle of water (not frozen) may be brought in. Outdoor athletic events only.
Electronic Ticket Scanning: All tickets will be electronically scanned in order to verify authenticity. There will be No Re-entry. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office.
Express Lanes are available at all gates for fans without items to be inspected.
Field Access: Field access is limited only to those individuals with a proper credential.
Firearms: Firearms are not allowed in the stadium (Texas Penal Code Section 30.06).
First Aid: Medical services are available at the First Aid stations located on the west side concourse and on the east side concourse. In case of an emergency, please contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or special needs are encouraged to check in at First Aid and inform the attendants of their seating locations.
Gates: Gates 1, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 5 open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff. Individuals ages 2 and older must present a valid ticket for entry into the stadium. Gates 6 (student gate), gates 2 and 5 Club/Suites, will open 2 hours prior to kick-off.
Guest Services Center: Fans that have game day related issues are encouraged to visit one of Guest Services locations at Jones AT&T Stadium. Guest Services locations outside the stadium are located at Gates 1 and 3 Ticket Booths and the Main Ticket Office (located in the south end of the East Stadium Building). Inside the stadium please seek out an usher for assistance.
Heat Management Stations: For select games, Heat Management stations will be located at gates 1, 3, 4, and 6 providing water refills and cold towels for use in the station.
Lost Children: In case of a missing child, contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel.
Lost children will be escorted to either of the stadium security offices located on the west and east concourses of the stadium.
Lost and Found: Articles found in the Stadium, Club Level, Suite Levels and Press Level are turned over immediately to the TTPD Stadium Security Office. Items unclaimed at TTPD Stadium Security Office – post game - are taken to the TTPD offices (2901 4th Street).
Merchandise: Officially licensed Texas Tech merchandise is available for purchase at locations throughout the stadium. Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold on the grounds in or around the stadium. Guests approached by someone selling merchandise are asked to report the person and location to an Event Staff personnel or Police Officer.

Paid Parking - General Public: General public parking is available for $25 per car on game day, (credit card only) in the lots west of the United Supermarkets Arena (USA, located at 18th and Indiana Ave.) and north of John Walker Soccer Complex (S1, Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off for $5.00 per person (cash only) to the north side (Gates 3-4 area) of the stadium. Bus map link
Paid Parking - RV's, Buses: Game day parking is available in the lots north of the John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). For information contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196. RV's and Buses are prohibited from automobile parking locations.
Paid Parking - Vehicles with trailers: Game day parking is available in the lots west of United Supermarkets Arena (18th and Indiana Ave.) or north of the John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). Passes must be purchased for both the vehicle and trailer, and the trailer must fit in an individual parking space.
Paid Parking in Raider Park: Automobiles/RV's: Located just north of the stadium, access from the Raider Park garage to Jones AT&T Stadium is easy via a pedestrian bridge. Raider Park offers fans area-reserved parking on a per game or season basis. Drive up automobile parking, based on availability, will be $55 per car on game day (credit card only).
Free Public Parking: Located northwest of Health Sciences Center at Texas Tech Parkway and 5th Street. Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off for $5.00 per person (cash only) to the north side (Gates 3-4 area) of the stadium. Bus map link
ADA Public Parking: ADA parking is located north of the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in the parking lots located between 4th and 5th streets. Must have a valid ADA placard and/or hangtag. A charge of $5 will apply to all riders. ADA patrons may ride regular busses (provided by CitiBus) or take the ADA shuttle as the bus loop for pre-game and post-game will stop near the ADA lot. The ADA shuttle will only run from the stadium to the ADA lot located north of the TTUHSC. NEW ROUTE THIS YEAR: ADA shuttles will drop off and pick up passengers at Gate 3 that will be clearly marked with signage.
Photography: Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use. Cameras with telescopic lenses (4” or longer), 300mm or greater focal length and video cameras are prohibited. Commercial photography is prohibited.
Programs: Souvenir game programs may be purchased inside the stadium.

Public Address Announcements: Individuals will not be paged over the public address system.
Raider Alley: Raider Alley presented by Bud Light benefiting the Red Raider Club is located in Texas Tech’s historical engineering key, serving as the center for all pre-game and tailgating excitement in the heart of campus.
Raider Alley is open to the public four (4) hours prior to kickoff. Fans will be able to enjoy live music performed by some of the best music acts in and around Texas. Kids of all ages will enjoy our fan area, which includes inflatables and family-friendly tailgate games. Fans can choose from a variety of food options, soft drink, as well as beer/wine options, all available for purchase. Outdoor LED TVs will feature college football games from all over the country. Please note that food and beverages purchased in Raider Alley may not be brought into Jones AT&T Stadium.

Restrooms: Men’s, Women’s and Family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
Smoking: Jones AT&T Stadium is a Smoke-Free facility. (Including electronic cigarettes/vaporing). There are no smoking areas within the stadium. Those wishing to smoke outside the stadium will need a new ticket for admission. (See: Re-entry)
Solicitation: Texas Tech University policy prohibits solicitations of any unauthorized item for sale, trade or giveaway on the grounds in or around the stadium. This includes solicitation of charitable donations and game or event tickets. Violators of this policy may be asked to leave the stadium.
Stadium Seats: Stadium seats may be rented on game day at gates 1, 3, and 4. Season ticket holders interested in a season stadium seat may contact Red Raider Seatbacks at 1-866-909-8090 or www.redraiderseatback.com.
Stadium Suites and Club Level Seating: West Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 2. East Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 5. Throwing of Objects: Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium and/or onto the field will be subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest. For individuals ejected from the stadium, a ticket refund is not available.
Tickets:
General Information: The Texas Tech Ticket Office will open three hours to kickoff for every home and close at the start of the third quarter. Tickets may be purchased at ticket windows located at Gate 1, Gate 3 and at the main ticket office, located in the south end of the East Stadium Building. All Season tickets must be picked at the main ticket office. All individuals ages 2 and older must present a ticket to enter the stadium. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office.Lost/Misplaced Tickets: Lost or misplaced season or individual tickets will be handled by the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office (located in the south end of the East Stadium Building) or on the west side at the ticket windows located at Gate 1 and Gate 3. Tel: 806-742-TECH (8324). Replacement ticket cost will be assessed.
Will Call: Will call for individual game tickets will be available three hours prior to kickoff at Gate 1, Gate 3, and at the main ticket office, located in the south end of the East Stadium Building and close at the start of the third quarter. Season ticket will call will only be available at the main ticket office. Photo ID will be required for all will call tickets. Only the account holder on record will be allowed to pick-up tickets from will call. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact the Ticket Office in advance of game day by calling (806) 742-TECH (8324).
Player-Guests: Will-call location for Texas Tech player-guests is located at Gate 4A on the northeast corner of the stadium. Will-call location for the Visiting team is located at Gate 3A at the northwest corner of the stadium. Will-call locations will open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff and close at half time. A photo ID must be shown at the time of pick-up and tickets will be distributed in accordance with NCAA regulations. Guests entering through the pass list must enter the Stadium as soon as tickets are received.
