PROTECTIVE EDUCATION
Team Altemus & Anomoly Sports Group
TeamAltemus and Anomaly will conduct virtual workshops educating student-athletes regarding NIL decision making and due diligence, followed by on-campus sessions around budget techniques, tax information, contract negotiation and other business "best practices." In addition, Texas Tech student-athletes will have access to the TeamAltemus and Anomaly educational library where they can view micro-learning educational sessions on their personal devices.

GROUP LICENSING
The Brandr Group
The group licensing program with TBG allows for three or more individuals from the same sport or six or more individuals from any combination of Texas Tech's athletics programs to voluntarily participate in the collective use of their NIL co-branded with school logos and trademarks. This will enable current student-athletes and letterwinners to capitalize on their collegiate success and association with Texas Tech, while also ensuring they are properly compensated for the use of their NIL.
