Texas Tech University Athletics
The Texas Tech men's and women's cross country teams will host the 2023 NCAA Mountain Regional on Friday, Nov. 10.
The Lubbock Christian Cross Country Course will be the site of this year's NCAA Mountain Regional, which consists of a 6-kilometer race for the women and a 10-kilometer race for the men. The women's race will begin at 10 a.m., followed by the men's race at 11 a.m. All times are Central.
Per NCAA rules, no animals (except service animals) are allowed on site.

Parking Information
The LCU Cross Country course is located at 2611 Frankford Ave, Lubbock, TX 79407. Team and spectator parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in any of the designated parking lots near the LCU Course.
