Cobb delivered four singles wins in the fall session and went 1-1 in dual match action in the spring … Recorded his first win of the 2018-19 season against Ignacio Martinez of San Diego State in the Battle of the Bay (Sept. 21) … Won three-consecutive matches at the Longhorn Invitational in Austin, including straight set victories over Louisville, Louisiana and Texas (Nov. 9-11) … Delivered the team’s lone perfect match of the dual match season with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Alvaro Moreno Lozano of Nebraska (March 3) … Registered 20 wins, including a 14-7 mark in dual match action with doubles partner Tommy Mylnikov, all of which came at the two spot … Made a deep run at the Battle of the Bay with Mylnikov, notching a pair of wins over Georgia and Tulane to reach the quarterfinal round (Sept. 21-23) … Beat another doubles pairing from Tulane at the ITA Texas Regionals (Oct. 10) … Began the dual match season with four-straight wins … Defeated the No. 2 pairings of both No. 18 Tennessee and No. 14 Texas A&M in consecutive matches (Jan. 27, Feb. 1) … Won seven of eight matches to close out the non-conference slate, including wins over No. 16 Alabama, No. 33 UCF and No. 45 Dartmouth (Feb. 23, March 14, March 22) … Grabbed a crucial win in the Red Raiders’ upset bid over No. 6 Baylor with a 6-3 victory over Matias Soto and Will Little (April 14) … Rounded out the year with a victory over Joseph Guillin and Victor Krustev of No. 51 UC Santa Barbara in the first round of the NCAA Tournament by a count of 6-3 (May 3).

Cobb collected a 12-16 singles record which included a 6-6 mark in dual match action … Picked up two wins at Rice Invitational (Sept. 29-Oct. 1) en route to semifinals of Gray Draw … Garnered a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Lamar’s Logan Powell in Round of 64 at ITA Texas Regionals (Oct. 20-23) … Pieced together a five-match winning streak (Jan. 10-19) … Provided the match-clinching point with a 3-6, 7-6 (2), 6-3 victory over UTSA’s Javier Gonzalez (Jan. 15) … Defeated Eduardo Roldan 6-4, 6-4 to earn one of the team’s two points versus No. 6 TCU (April 22) … Notched a 24-14 doubles record with five partners sparked by a 14-6 fall mark … Captured the doubles title at the ITA Texas Regionals (Oct. 20-23) with Alex Sendegeya to qualify for the ITA National Fall Championships … Knocked off Colin Marks and Adrian Ortiz of Texas by a 6-3, 5-7, 1-0 (12-10) margin during the semifinals followed by a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Texas A&M’s Jordi Arconada and Kevin Lam in the finals … Secured a No. 89 ITA final ranking with Sendegeya following the spring season … The duo was ranked as high as No. 29 to begin spring … Clinched three doubles points and tallied three wins over nationally ranked opponents … Notched a 6-0 shutout of Virginia’s Ammar Alhaqbani and Kyrylo Tsgura as part of a 4-3 win at ITA Kickoff Weekend (Jan. 27) … Upended No. 56 Ben Vandixhorn and Dominik Stary of Northwestern (March 28) by a 7-6 (2) score line … Outlasted No. 8 Rodrigo Banzer and Leonardo Telles from Texas (April 19) by a 6-4 margin.

Cobb tallied a 9-19 singles record which included a 3-11 mark in dual matches … All 14 of his appearances came at the No. 6 spot during the spring … Tucked away his first career dual match victory over Paul Dormanski (6-3, 6-1) of Abilene Christian (Feb. 10) … Worked his way past Tyler Stayer (6-3, 6-1) of No. 4 Baylor as part of 4-3 win on Senior Day (April 22) … Registered a 9-9 doubles record, all nine wins came with Alex Sendegeya on the No. 3 line … Clinched four doubles points against UTSA (Feb. 10), Abilene Christian (Feb. 10), No. 28 Memphis (March 21) and No. 9 Oklahoma (April 18) … Picked up six singles victories over his fall four tournament appearances … Emerged with two consolation wins versus Abilene Christian’s Nico Agritelley (6-4, 0-6, 1-0 (8)) and Auburn’s Michael Durham (4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (13)) at Midland Invitational (Sept. 16-18) … Took down East Tennessee State’s David Gonzalez (6-3, 6-1) and Virginia Tech’s Jason Kros (3-6, 6-3, 6-3) to make Division II Round of 16 appearance at Southern Intercollegiate (Sept. 23-25) … Earned main draw spot at SoCal Intercollegiate (Oct. 27-30) on the strength of qualifying wins against USC’s David Lester (2-6, 6-2, 1-0 (7)) and Pepperdine’s Nicholas Baez (7-5, 6-3) … Dropped all four fall doubles decisions with Nikolas Moceanu.
