One Minute with Rosalyn Kim Player Bio After ending her playing career as one of the top players in Texas Tech history, Rosalyn Kim returns to the links this season in a different role - student assistant coach. Kim, who is currently working on finishing her degree in industrial engineering with a dual minor in mathematics and mechanical engineering, will assist head coach JoJo Robertson and assistant coach John Cleary as the Lady Raiders look to advance to the NCAA postseason for a second-straight year. One of the main reasons for Tech's success in 2010 was Kim's play late in the season. As Tech's only senior on the roster, Kim finished seventh at the Big 12 Championships, earning all-tournament team honors for the second-straight season. With Tech in the hunt to possibly advance past the NCAA East Regional, Kim responded with the lowest 54-hole performance of her career, carding a 212 that was good enough for a career-best third place finish and spot in the NCAA Championships as an individual. Her senior success came at little surprise as Kim had been one of Tech's top golfers since stepping onto campus in 2006. Her 2009-10 stroke average of 75.6 ranks fourth on the Tech single-season chart, while her 2008-09 total of 76.0 rests a few spots lower in eighth. A native of Belton, Texas, Kim wrapped her Tech career with three top-five finishes and six top-10 performances, while posting a 76.33 career stroke average, the lowest total in school history.Red Raider Invitational | Lauren Zaretsky
