Photo Gallery Aaron Uzzell enters his 18th year as a member of the Texas Tech strength and conditioning staff in 2014. He joined the Tech athletics department in spring 1997. Uzzell is a certified strength and conditioning coach (SCCC), strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and is master strength and conditioning coach certified. During his time at Tedch Uzzell has consulted area high schools concerning their strength and conditioning programs. He graduated from Texas Tech in 1997 with a bachelor[apos]s degree in exercise and sport science. Aaron and his wife, Amy, reside in Lubbock and have twin sons, Aiden and Archer.
