Former Red Raider Soccer standout Charlotte [Teeter] Masters enters her first season on the coaching staff at Texas Tech after returning to her alma mater in January of 2024.
The former Charlotte Teeter, Masters was named an assistant coach and the Red Raiders Director of Player Development.
No stranger to Texas Tech or the City of Lubbock, Masters joined the Red Raider coaching staff after a decorated career that featured 90 total appearances and 85 starts for the Scarlett and Black.
A true leader, Masters scored 14 goals and tallied nine assists in her five year career, helping the Red Raiders to a 54-25-17 record, highlighted by a pair of trips to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.
Charlotte and her husband and former Red Raider Baseball standout, Cody, reside in Lubbock.
