Paige Holland is in her 24th season with Texas Tech Athletics and serves as the Assistant Athletics Director for Trademark Licensing & Brand Management, Digital Media, and Special Projects.
In her current role, Paige leads the Trademark Licensing program for the University working with licensed vendors, and local and national retailers, to expand the Double T brand, while also managing trademark applications and renewals, and providing logo enforcement and brand protection. Under her leadership, licensing royalty revenue has steadily increased year over year, eclipsing the $2.65M mark in 2021-22.Â
Paige also oversees the Red Raiders' digital presence across many platforms, including the operation of TexasTech.com – the official website of Texas Tech Athletics and the Red Raiders Gameday Live mobile app, microsite development, and other digital information strategies.
Paige serves as the liaison and point-of-contact ensuring contractual marketing elements are executed for internal strategic partnership agreements with AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Under Armour. She also works closely in conjunction with external partners such as Learfield, Collegiate Licensing Company, SIDEARM Sports, and The Brandr Group. With a project management focus, Paige has led projects involving digital platforms, facility branding, concessions, and internal communications.Â
Returning to Texas Tech Athletics in late 2002 as the coordinator of licensing, Paige’s role in External Operations expanded over time. In 2011, she was promoted to lead the entire Marketing and Promotions unit, where she managed the marketing, promotions, advertising, and in-game experience for all 17 intercollegiate sports, overseeing three assistant marketing directors and student assistants, database marketing, social media, and both print and digital graphic design. During this time, Paige also supervised the in-house corporate sales and ticket sales efforts.
Paige joined the Dallas consulting firm, Peterson Consulting, in 2001 as an associate consultant, providing claims processing for class action lawsuits. Prior to this, she pursued her interest in website design and development in the Spring of 2000, joining a local web development company, Full Moon Interactive, and serving as an associate web developer gaining valuable knowledge while working on projects for the Dell Corporation in Austin, Texas and AOL in Mountain View, California.
Paige began her collegiate athletics career in 1996 as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations assisting in ticket ordering, allocations, and payments. She gained valuable experience building the ticket manifest and in seating season ticket holders in the opening of the United Supermarkets Arena, which opened in the fall of 1999. During her time in ticketing, she helped coordinate ticket operations around the hosting of or the travel to many NCAA post-season events.
A native of Monahans, Texas, Paige graduated from Texas Tech in December 1996 with a bachelor's in Finance with a Real Estate specialization and again in 2000 with a bachelor's in Management Information Systems.
