Red Raider Golf Outing Scheduled

LUBBOCK, Texas - Coach Jeff Mitchell, Texas Tech University's Director of Golf, announced today that the men's and women's teams will sponsor the Red Raider Golf Day at Meadowbrook Golf Complex on Saturday, Oct. 16. The event is a benefit for the Red Raider golf program.

An 8 a.m. shotgun start will begin the tournament to benefit the women's program, while the men's benefit will tee off at 1 p.m. Coach Mitchell and the men's team will host a clinic from 11 a.m.-noon, with a clinic with the women's team to at 2 p.m.

Entry fee for the four-person scramble is $75 and participants can team up with members of the men's or women's teams. Door prizes will be given away.
