Tech Volleyball Falls In Five Games To Kansas State

MANHATTAN, Kansas - Kansas State denied Texas Tech a season sweep as the Wildcats pulled past the Red Raiders 15-12 in rally scoring to win the match 3-2.
With the loss, Texas Tech falls to 18-5 and 7-5 in the Big 12. With the five-game victory, Kansas State extends a home winning streak to 13 matches and improves to 15-6 and 9-5 in the Big 12.
The Red Raiders will take a break from conference action on Monday night when they play host UTEP in a 7 p.m. match in United Spirit Arena. Tech will jump back into conference action on Wednesday when they host rival Texas at 7 p.m. The game will be televised on a tape-delay basis by Fox Sports Net.
