LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) - Plenette Pierson scored 19 points as No. 14 Texas Tech beat Kansas 49-45 on Wednesday night.
Pierson scored 13 points in the second half to help Texas Tech (19-4, 10-2 Big 12) to their victory ever at Kansas. Katrisa O'Neal added nine points and six steals for the Lady Raiders.
Jaclyn Johnson had 20 points and nine rebounds for Kansas (9-14, 3-9).
Kansas had 31 turnovers and shot 33 percent shooting from the field. The Raiders turned the ball over 21 times and shot 36 percent.
