Men's Tennis Face New Mexico Lobos

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech men's tennis team will travel to New Mexico to take on the Lobos at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 10.
The Red Raiders are coming off their first win of the season against Abilene Christian University. They shut out the Wildcats, 7-0, with senior Borut Martincevic winning in straight sets, 7-5, 6-3, over Julien Curutella.
The Lobos enter the weekend with a 2-1 record. New Mexico's No. 3 position, Andrew Irving, and No. 1 position, Bart Scott, both have a 3-0 record in the spring.
Red Raider Borut Martincevic looks to continue his current hot streak against a well-rounded Lobo team.
The Red Raiders play four consecutive matches on the road, starting with UNM this weekend. Following this weekend's match, they will play at Cal Poly in San Diego, CA, on Fri., Feb. 16. Tech will return home to face Centenary on Tues., Feb. 27th.
