LUBBOCK, Texas - For a limited time only, the Texas Tech Department of Athletics will make season tickets available for the 2001-02 Lady Raider and Red Raider basketball seasons. Ticket sales begin March 26 and run through April 6.
Reserved tickets are $187, while general admission tickets are $80.
Those wishing to purchase personal seat licenses (PSLs) can contact or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office on the north end of Jones SBC Stadium. PSLs for the Lady Raiders require a $200 down payment and six annual payments of $190. Red Raider fans will have to pay $280 down with six annual payments of $266. For $320 down, basketball fans can purchase PSLs for both the Lady Raiders and Red Raiders with six annual payments of $304.
Prices for PSL seats do not include the price of a season ticket. Annual payments will not be required until July 31, 2002.
PSL holders will receive the following benefits: (1) Priority seating and advance ticket sales for all events in the United Spirit Arena, (2) opportunity to purchase preferred PSL parking for Texas Tech basketball games, (3) opportunity to visit the VIP Hospitality room in the arena before Texas Tech basketball games (pregame buffet available for purchase at a reasonable price), (4) PSL seats may qualify for a 80% tax deduction as a charitable contribution ? contact your tax advisor.
