Womens Golf Travels To Norman, Oklahoma

Lubbock, Texas - Texas Tech womens golf will compete in the Susie Maxwell Tournament in Norman, Okla., Monday and Tuesday.

Tech will play on the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Course. The course is an 18-hole, 6,013-yard, par-72 course with a course rating of 69.1.

The 15-team field includes Big 12 opponents Kansas State, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Baylor and Oklahoma University. Oklahoma University is leading the Big 12 in rankings.

Tech's roster includes three individuals who were ranked among Big 12 top individuals: Stephanie Dukes, Jennifer Newhouse and Priscilla Hunt. Jackie Ey, Tamara Munsch and Allison Louth round out the roster. Tech is currently ranked eighth in the Big 12 and 37th nationally.

Play begins Monday with a 36-hole shotgun start at 8:00 a.m.
