Women's Golf Drops To 20th

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's golf team is in 20th place after shooting a 340 in round two at the NCAA Central Regional in West Lafayette, Ind. The University of Tulsa took the lead from Purdue, after shooting a 291 in round two.

Jennifer Newhouse shot an 83 at 16-over par in round two to tie for 67th. Stephanie Dukes shot an 86 at 18-over par to tie for 79th with teammate Priscilla Hunt who shot a second round 80 at 18-over par. Allison Louth shot a second round 91 at 31-over par to tie for 101st. Jackie Ey is tied for 107, shooting a 91 at 38-over par.

Play will conclude tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. on the Kampen Golf Course.
