
Men's Golf Finishes Sixth at Big 12 Championship

HUTCHINSON, Kan. - The Texas Tech men's golf team concluded its final round of play today at the Big 12 Championship. The Red Raiders placed sixth with a score of 877 (297, 294,286) at the Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan.
Senior Kyle Willmann from Edmond, Okla., tied for sixth place with a score of 212 (71,71,70), shooting two over par. David Bolen, a senior from Austin, came in 18th along with four other players, scoring 220 (71,74,75).
Brad Jacobson placed 40th shooting a 226 (79,76,71), while Mark Hull (76,82,70) and Drew Hackler (79,73,76) both grasped 42nd place, shooting 18 over par.
The University of Texas came in first place shooting 850 (285,282,283), while Oklahoma State University was only one stroke behind them.
