Tech Baseball Alumni Team Announced

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech Head Baseball Coach Larry Hays announced today the former players who will comprise the alumni team for the 2003 Texas Tech Alumni Game that has been set for 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25 at Dan Law Field.
Red Raider fans will have the opportunity to see several players who are currently on major league rosters or have been over the last two years. Forming this year's alumni team will be Josh Bard, Willie Durazo, Joe Dillon, Stubby Clapp, Keith Ginter, Gera Alvarez, Jon Slack, Kerry Hodges, Marco Cunningham, Travis Smith, Travis Driskill, Steve Rowe and Brandon Roberson. The team will be managed by Trey Forkerway.
The members of the alumni team will be wearing their white uniforms from their professional organization and will be the visiting team. Following the conclusion of the game, an autograph session will be held on the playing field featuring the players from both teams.
Admission to the game is free.
