Tournament-host New Mexico State leads the event by one stroke over Arizona State and two strokes over Tech and Baylor. Nebraska is fifth, while Kansas State and UTEP are tied in sixth place. Hawaii, Kansas and Arkansas-Little Rock round out the top ten.
Denver, North Texas, San Diego State, Northern Arizona and TCU are 11th through 15th, while Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Western New Mexico are tied in 16th place. North Dakota State rounds out the field in 18th place.
The second round is currently underway, but will push the envelope to finish this afternoon. The tournament is running approximately two hours behind.
Tech and the rest of the field will play in the third and final round Tuesday morning.
