LUBBOCK, Texas - Former Texas Tech golfer Kim Kolb has enjoyed success after her playing days as a Red Raider, recording two top-three finishes in her first three events as a professional.

Kolb finished second at the New Mexico Open earlier this summer with a two-round total of 145 and carried that success over at the Tennessee Open as she posted a two-round total of 150, which included a tournament-low 69 on the second day of the tournament to jump 38 spots to finish in a tie for third.
