
Women's Tennis Continues at William and Mary

Lubbock, Texas- The Texas Tech women's tennis team completed day two of competition at the William and Mary Invitational, in Williamsburg, Va., on Saturday.
In semifinals singles action, Katja Kovacic topped Alex de Guzman of William and Mary, 7-6, 6-2. Kovacic will face Ela Kaluder of Arkansas on Sunday. Emmy Fritz-Krockow of William and Mary defeated Lakann Wagley, who received a bye in the first round, 6-2, 7-5.
In doubles play, Tara Browning and Wagley topped Megan Muth and Barb Zidek of William and Mary, 8-6. The Red Raider pair then fell to Olga Borisova and Marianna Yuferova of Virginia Commonwealth, 9-7.
