No. 38 Men's Tennis Shuts Down Lamar, 7-0

Lubbock, Texas - No. 38 Texas Tech men's tennis cruised past Lamar, 7-0, in Lubbock, on Friday. Tech is now 4-2 on the season.
In doubles play, at No. 1, Adrian Prpic and Christian Rojmar topped Filip Kanczula and Maciej Bogusz, 8-2. At No. 2, Dimitrio Martinez and Michael Breler cruised past Evan Hays and Wesley Arnold, 8-2. Teddy DiBlasi and Jay Wofford defeated Tyler Cobb and Brett Sticker, 8-2, at the No. 3 spot.
In singles action, at No. 1, Prpic edged Kanczula, 6-3, 3-6, 10-5. At No. 2, Dimitrio Martinez defeated Bogusz, 6-2, 6-2. At No. 3, Rojmar shut down Arnold, 6-1, 6-1. At No. 4, Sinisa Markovic blanked Hays, 6-0, 6-1. At No. 5, Teddy DiBlasi cruised past Sticker, 6-0, 6-1. Mario Janjic topped Cobb, 6-1, 6-0, at the No. 6 spot.
Tech will face New Mexico State on Sun., Feb. 26, at 12 p.m., at the McLeod Tennis Center.
