2006-2007: Went 2-4 in singles action on the season ... was 1-4 in fall tournament play, competing at the H.E.B Baylor Invitational, USTA Invite, and ITA Regional ... went 1-1 in three-set matches ... played No. 6 position against Prairie View A&M defeating Andy Narido, 6-2, 6-2 ... doubled with James Wilson in the fall, going 1-1.
2005-2006: In the fall was 2-3 in singles play opening his career as a Red Raider with wins over UTPA and Tulane...doubled with Teddy DiBlasi with an overall record of 1-2...during the spring played in the no. 6 position against Prairie View A&M, winning 6-4, 6-2...teamed with Teddy DiBlasi winning over Lamar, 8-2.
High School: A 2005 graduate of Coronado in Lubbock, Texas ... played tennis ... named first-team all-district ... helped his team win the state championship ... named district champion ... qualified for state tournament.
Personal: Born April 9, 1987 ... son of Shaw and Melissa Wofford ... father played baseball at Colby Junior College in Kansas and at Texas A&M... mother also attended Tech and is now self-employed ... has a younger sister, Whitney, 14 ... interests are music, movies, sports and T.V. ... plans to major in biology with a minor in chemistry ... goal is to become a dermatologist.
