- Today's 6-4 win over Campbell gives Texas Tech the series win 2-1. The Red Raiders now lead the all-time series against the Camels 5-1.
- Junior designated hitter Tyler Reves picked up his fifth home run of the season and his second this week (last vs. Arizona State). Reves also picked up his ninth multiple-hit and fifth multiple-RBI game of the season.
- Freshman Roger Kieschnick extended his current hit streak to 11 games and that marks the longest streak by a Tech player this season. Fellow freshman and high school teammate James Leverton is not far behind as he extended his streak to nine games.
