Martin Zeno Named to NABC All-District First Team

Lubbock, TX - Texas Tech's Martin Zeno has been named to the All-District 9 First Team by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).
The senior from Sulphur, Louisiana is the leading scorer for the Red Raiders with 16.0 points per game. He also leads the squad with 4.5 rebounds per game.
Currently sixth among all Texas Tech players in career points with 1,879 points, Martin has started 119-of-128 games in his Red Raider career. He has started every conference game as a Red Raider.
Martin joins Andy Ellis, Andre Emmett, Ronald Ross, and Jarrius Jackson as Red Raiders who have earned NABC All-District First Team honors during their Texas Tech careers.
Joining Martin on the first team were D.J. Augustin of Texas, Robert McKiver of Houston, C.J. Jerrells of Baylor, and Josh Carter of Texas A&M.
Texas Tech hosts Baylor in their final conference game of the 2007-2008 season at the United Spirit Arena on Saturday, March 8 at 12:30 PM.
