- Amanda Dowdy passed Lisa Clark (1987-90) for fifth on the Tech career kills chart as the junior now has 1,041 in three seasons. Dowdy is five kills shy of tying Christine Martin for fourth on the list. She also moved into sixth on the career attempts list, passing Kim Gosselin (1989-92) with 2,892. Dowdy's 2010 season ranks her 10th in single-season kills with 414 and sixth in single-season attempts with 1,286.
- Karlyn Meyers' double-double was the junior's sixth of the season. No other Tech player had posted double-doubles in three-consecutive matches this season.
- Aubree Piper's eight kills was a nice finishing touch to a solid freshman season as the Amarillo, Texas native had recorded more than eight kills once in the month of November (Nov. 13 against Texas).
- Alexxa Roberts' six blocks in the match were the second-most of her career, trailing only the nine blocks she recorded earlier this year against Kansas.
- Following tonight's 19 dig performance, Jackie Vincent closed the season with 60 digs over Tech's final three matches. Vincent also added five assists in the match.
- Brandy Huskey's eight digs were her most since setting a career high with 11 against Missouri on Sept. 15.
