Texas Tech will hope that a little home cooking will put an end to a three-game losing skid as the Red Raiders host the Gonzaga Bulldogs. The Bulldogs will make their first-ever appearance at Dan Law Field on Tuesday for the first of a two-game midweek series. The Red Raiders and Bulldogs will throw out the first pitch at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and will conclude the series with a 3 p.m. first pitch on Wednesday afternoon. Advance tickets can be purchased online at www.texastech.com or by calling the athletics ticket office at (806) 742-TECH. The Dan Law Field ticket office will open at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
MIDWEEK PROMOTIONS
- Health Care providers across the city of Lubbock will be able to buy one ticket and get one free for Tuesday's night's game. Tuesday night's game will also be 80's Night at Dan Law Field.
- Texas Tech will also offer free tickets to youth baseball players on Tuesday with additional tickets priced at $3.

Niether Texas Tech nor Gonzaga is ranked in the USA Today/ESPN Coaches, Baseball America, Collegiate Baseball Magazine or National Collegiate Baseball Writers (NCBWA) Top 25 polls.

All 56 regular-season games will be carried live by Learfield Sports on the Texas Tech Sports Network. Red Raiders fans can listen to all the action on Double T 104.3 (the flagship station of the Texas Tech Sports Network) in Lubbock or KHOB 1390 AM in Hobbs, N.M. Fans outside of the above listening areas can tune in via the world wide web at texastech.com and purchase a monthly subscription to RaiderVision All-Access. Robert Giovannetti returns to the broadcast booth for his third season as the play-by-play voice while Daren Hays joins the network as the full-time color analyst.

TEXAS TECH - GONZAGA SERIES NOTES
- Texas Tech and Gonzaga will be meeting for just the second time in school history on Tuesday evening and for the first time at Dan Law Field.
- Texas Tech defeated Gonzaga 7-1 on March 7, 2009, in the Palm Springs Invitational in Palm Springs, Calif. The win was Tech's only victory in a seven-game road swing through the state of California.
