Brad Reese led the Red Raiders with 21 points. Mike Singletary dropped in 12 points. Jaye Crockett gained the first double-double of his career with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Texas Tech opens Big 12 play with two home games. On January 8, Baylor is in town for a 1:00 p.m. contest . Texas Tech hosts Texas on Tuesday, January 11 at 6:00 p.m.
