LUBBOCK, TX - The Texas Tech Red Raiders (11-14) take on No.19 Missouri Tigers (19-6) on ESPN 2 from Mizzou Arena on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Jon Sciambi will call the play-by-play and Doug Gottlieb will provide the game analysis from Columbia, Missouri.
In the Lubbock area, the Red Raider game will air on AT&T U-verse (606), DirecTV (72), DISH Network (144), and Suddenlink (30). ESPN 3.com will also provide coverage of the game.
Mark Finkner will call the courtside action from Mizzou Arena along with analyst Andy Ellis on the Texas Tech Sports Network flagship radio station Double T 104.3.
Overall, Missouri leads the series, 11-8. The initial meeting between the two teams was on December 5, 1955. In Lubbock, the Red Raiders have a 6-2 advantage over the Tigers. Missouri leads the series in Columbia, 6-2, and 3-0 on neutral courts.
No. 19 Missouri completed their nonconference schedule with a 14-1 record. Their sole loss was to Georgetown in overtime. The Tigers were 10-0 at home, 1-0 on the road, and 3-1 at neutral sites. The Tigers host the Red Raiders with a 5-5 conference record. All of their conference wins have been at home and all of their Big 12 losses have been on the road. Missouri has wins over Nebraska, Kansas State, Iowa State, Colorado, and Oklahoma. Their losses were to Colorado, Texas A&M, Texas, Oklahoma State, and Kansas.
