Texas Tech will hold its Showcase Camp on Saturday

LUBBOCK, Texas- The Texas Tech baseball program will host its Showcase Camp this Saturday, Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for campers age 13-18 at Dan Law Field on the campus of Texas Tech University.
The Showcase Camp is for players who are looking to get evaluated by the Texas Tech coaching staff and who would like to receive feedback following the day at camp.
Participants will be timed in the 60-yard sprint, be evaluated both offensively and defensively and will throw in front of the radar gun.
Pitchers and catchers will also be evaluated, including being timed on throws to second base (catchers) and bullpens for pitchers.
Camp will conclude with a scrimmage.
