Beckie, the reigning Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, was recognized on the website's first team while Hinkle received second team accolades. The postseason "Best XI" teams are the equivalent to being named an All-American.
Texas Tech was the only Big 12 program and the only school from the state of Texas to have two student-athletes represented on either the first or second team. Tech was one of just four programs nationally with multiple players named to either of the two teams as well, joining Florida State, Virginia and UCLA.
This is the second national postseason honor for the duo as they were both represented on the NSCAA first and second All-America teams that were released just over a week ago.
Beckie, who was previously named a semifinalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy, was among the national leaders this season with her 17 goals and 38 points. She was the Big 12 leader in both categories and also ranked among the top 20 players in the country.
Hinkle, meanwhile, was the anchor to a Red Raider defense that recorded nine shutouts on the season. In addition to her work defensively, Hinkle added to the Tech attack with four assists from her spot at left back.
Beckie and Hinkle are the only Red Raiders in school history to be recognized by TopDrawerSoccer.com on its postseason teams as Hinkle was a third team pick in 2013 while Beckie was named to the All-Freshman squad in 2012.
