Isaiah Manderson Leaves Men's Basketball Program

Isaiah Manderson averaged 3.0 points and 1.8 rebounds per game in four games off the bench this season.

LUBBOCK, Texas -- Texas Tech head basketball coach Tubby Smith announced Tuesday that Isaiah Manderson has left the program and will explore options to continue his basketball career at another school.
Manderson averaged 3.0 points and 1.8 rebounds per game in his four appearances off the bench this season.
"Isaiah has a lot of potential that we were hoping to help him reach," Smith said. "Unfortunately, he has decided to leave Texas Tech. We wish him well in his future endeavors."
Texas Tech continues its eight-game homestand with the first of three consecutive Wednesday games versus Sam Houston State. Tipoff is on-tap for 8 p.m. CT, and the game will be televised by FOX Sports Southwest Plus along with the FOX Sports Go app.
