No. 10 Texas Tech heads to Norman, Oklahoma to face the Sooners to start Big 12 play this weekend at L. Dale Mitchell Park, March 20-22.

LEADING OFF
No. 10 Texas Tech (15-6, 0-0 Big 12) opens Big 12 play on the road this weekend in Norman against Oklahoma (15-8, 0-0) with a three-game series beginning on Friday at L. Dale Mitchell Park in Norman. All three of the games this weekend will be televised with Saturday's contest set for a national broadcast on FSN. The Red Raiders start conference action on the road for the sixth consecutive season while opening with the Sooners for the first time in league history. The Sooners mark the sixth different program that Tech has faced in a Big 12 opener since the start of the league in 1997. The Red Raiders split their midweek series against Oral Roberts dropping game one, 9-7, and defeating the Golden Eagles on Wednesday, 7-4. Tech is playing a road series for the third straight weekend - marking a first by the program since 1999. OU won 3-for-4 at Hawaii last weekend and has recorded a 6-4 record at home this season.
