Texas Tech Tennis Launches Raider Rackets

Raider Rackets is free to join for everyone. Members can accumulate points to trade in for prizes from Texas Tech tennis.

LUBBOCK, Texas -- The Texas Tech tennis programs have created Raider Racquets, a new high-energy fan group that brings a unique home court advantage at the McLeod Tennis Center.
Membership to Raider Rackets is free, and everyone is welcome to become a member. Match admission also is free with free pizza available while supplies last at the McLeod Tennis Center.
For joining the fan group, members will receive a Raider Rackets t-shirt to wear on match days once they accumulate three points and will receive email updates on the Tech tennis programs. There also will be tailgates set up exclusively for Raider Rackets members at selected home matches throughout the season.
Members are asked to sign in at the marketing table on match days to accumulate points and are awarded double points for bringing a friend to a match. As members collect points, they'll have the opportunity to spend them on a variety of prizes which is listed below.
Both programs are in action this weekend at the McLeod Tennis Center. The Red Raiders meet No. 75 Clemson Friday at 2 p.m. CT whereas the Tech women play host to a Saturday doubleheader versus No. 30 Fresno State and Abilene Christian at 11 a.m. CT and 4 p.m. CT, respectively.
