LUBBOCK, Texas - Go behind the scenes and find out the meaning behind the 4:1 mantra adopted by Texas Tech men's basketball.Â
Texas Tech continues its swing of in-state nonconference matchups with UTSA on Wednesday evening. Tipoff is on-tap for 7 p.m. CT, and the game will be televised by FOX Sports Southwest Plus along with the FOX Sports Go app. Robert Giovannetti and John Harris will serve as the announcing team with Adam Doyle as the sideline reporter. The Texas Tech Sports Network will carry the game live on 97.3 FM, 100.7 FM and 950 AM in Lubbock. Geoff Haxton and Chris Level will have the call. The radio broadcast also will be available on the Texas Tech Sports Network radio affiliates, online at www.TexasTech.com and the TuneIn Radio app.
More season tickets have already been sold for 2016-17 than all of last season. Fans are encouraged to purchase season tickets now to reserve the best available seats. Reserved season tickets are on-sale for as low as $199.Tickets for non-conference games excluding the SEC/Big 12 challenge matchup versus LSU also are on-sale for $10, while four-game Big 12 Conference mini plans can be purchased for $49. Basketball tickets can be bought in person at the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office located on the East Side of Jones AT&T Stadium, online at www.TexasTech.com or over the phone at (806) 742-8324.
