Men's Basketball 'Throwback Game' Ticket Options

Tickets for Texas Tech’s Throwback Game versus Rice at the Lubbock Municipal Coliseum go on-sale to the general public on Monday, October 16.
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech men's basketball program announced ticket options Tuesday for its Throwback Game versus Rice on Saturday, December 16 at the Lubbock Municipal Coliseum.
Tipoff for this Southwest Conference throwback matchup is slated for 7 p.m. from The Bubble which served as Texas Tech's home court from 1956-57 to 1998-99 highlighted by a 35-game winning streak and two undefeated marks during the 1994-95 and 1995-96 seasons. The Red Raiders will honor their past by wearing commemorative jerseys.
A ticket to the Throwback Game is not included with season tickets. However, season ticket holders can purchase their tickets for this game now as part of a special presale by logging into their online account at www.TexasTech.com or by calling the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office at (806) 742-TECH (8324).
Red Raider Club members will have an opportunity to buy tickets starting on Monday, October 9 followed by the general public on Monday, October 16.
Texas Tech ranked 26th in the nation for the largest average attendance increase between the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons. More season tickets have already been sold for 2017-18 than all of last season. Fans are encouraged to purchase season tickets now to reserve the best available seats.
Tickets are on-sale and feature an affordable season ticket package that starts at $99. Season tickets can be purchased in person at the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office located on the East Side of Jones AT&T Stadium, online at www.TexasTech.com or over the phone at (806) 742-8324. Single-game and mini-plan ticket information will be announced by the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office at a later date.
